After reading ad No.2, I boldly have a idea--- A positioning of product is a mixture of its proposition and opportunity.

Yes you are right. In fact all these terminologies like problem, opportunity, USP, SMP, positioning, niche, edge, customers need, market... they are actually one thing one way or another, to help you "zip 位".
