Let's start with the 'R'. What response do you want from your TA? e.g. in the vending machine idea. How do you respond to seeing empty blood packs on the selection panel? What's the relevance of it? We don't normally see empty products in the display panel, all we get is a sold out sign or a light off button, so the empty pack couldn't communicate any further at this point.
e.g. in the accident idea. What's the immediate response when we see a falling shop sign, or a window broken by a car? I would say (to myself) "It's dangerous! Fortunately I'm not hurt!" and if there is something I would need, may be I would need to thanks god! Not blood!
And what is it to do with "blood is limited"? You may need to think differently, the TA will not be interested in the fact, they need to see something "entertaining" to get them respond to your ad.
just some opinions... hope u don mind... Firstly, I think your goal can still be modify, be more specific i guess. so there will be more goal u can set which will be easier for u to come out with more ideas. eg: how can we show blood is far not enough in a witty way/provocative way/.......
And I think u can let the TA ''experience'' what if they are the patient without enough blood supply. u can use metaphor for that, eg, patient without blood supply just like thirsty man without water supply
Thank you DD. Certainly we welcome any comment and suggestion here. A further hint is to think opposite. Cause it's too logical for Red Cross to say there is not enough blood in the blood bank, every public body would say that they have limited resource so a public concern in form of donation is in need. Beware of it. Why don't we say there is plenty of blood, so have no fear in accidence, (in fact we have discussed this direction in tutorials), Red Cross is behind us. In that sense, we are not calling for blood straight away, we grant security to our audience that "Fortunately, the Red Cross is with us!", all you need to do is to wrap it up convincingly so that the audience will be interested cause the ad responses to their fear.
