A quick note to share what I have summarized from my lecture to my class for the BTL project. The following are the points we dig out from a question asking "How to drive direct response?" You may refer to the cases above to see how those reasons work and why it work.

may I suggest that the user involvement in generating the content, case like youtube
Good point, indeed our perspective is not just to scope to a small scale project of digital marketing discipline. So that UGC (user generated content) should be counted in this general concept.
