Affecting change with simple act

"Earth Hour started in 2007 in Sydney, Australia with 2.2 million homes and businesses turning their lights off for one hour. Only a year later and this event had become a global sustainability movement with up to 50 million people across 35 countries participating. Global landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Rome’s Colosseum and the Coca Cola billboard in Times Square, all stood in darkness, as symbols of hope for a cause that grows more urgent by the hour." - Earth Hour

The insight from here is worth taken. Sometimes when we think of an idea or strategy for an ad, we tend to think big, that's why it's called "big idea". But how about think small, just like this Earth Hour - a small and simple act can be big!

should we think the big idea first and then make big idea smaller ?

sometime, if we start with small idea , it may limit our further development.

Not really. Starting with "small" idea is only a workable way to ensure easy kick off and quick start for development. It'll reduce the chance of being rejected by the problems and difficulties that may come if that is a "big" one.

I think the USPis that Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming.

Good Mike. Where's the others?

Insight is spreading awareness of global warming to people.
